Position Summary Job Title: Picker (Evergreen) Reports To: Distribution Supervisor Location: DFW Business Unit — Enovis Bracing and Supports Key Responsibilities Picks, scans, and stages customer orders by selecting specified items from various locations within the distribution center. Ensures order accuracy, quality standards, and proper handling of materials throughout the fulfillment process. Follows established standard work procedures and operational guidelines. Complies with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Completes routine operational tasks under close to moderate supervision. Exercises limited judgment in task execution and escalates issues as needed. Minimum Basic Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar environment. Ability to walk up to 8 hours a day. Ability to frequently carry up to 60 lbs., up to 30 feet per trip. Full range of motion of the waist and neck. Unrestricted use of upper extremities and ability to perform over‑head reaching. Frequent bending (to the floor), twisting, and kneeling. Desired Characteristics Ability to work in a non‑temperature‑controlled environment.
