Work Description:The Information Technology Helpdesk & Client Support will serve as the first point of contact for all IT issues related to workstations, printers, scanners, and other peripherals maintainedResponsibilities: The Information Technology Helpdesk & Client Support will support tasks such as:-Managing all helpdesk inquiries from receipt to resolution, escalating complex issues as necessary.-Analyzing helpdesk data to identify trends and implement preventive measures; provide an annual report on trends and preventive -measures.-Maintaining a comprehensive trouble ticket log, including status monitoring and metrics reporting for the Month Status Report.Requirements: -U. S. Citizen.-Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.-High School Diploma or GED-Three (3) years of experience providing enterprise IT helpdesk or desktop support services.-Experience troubleshooting Windows workstations, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices; managing incident tickets through resolution; maintaining ticket logs and performance metrics; and providing customer support in a professional environment.-CompTIA A+ Certification (or equivalent)Preferred Qualifications:Associate 's or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related fieldExperience supporting Department of War organizations, using ticketing systems, Microsoft 365 environments, and helpdesk trend analysis/reportingSecurity+ certificationBenefits:BluePath Labs offers a comprehensive benefits package.
