Physical Therapist needed for a travel assignment in Quanah, Texas, United States. Specialty: Skilled Nursing Facility. Start date 09/14/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,400-$2,535. Guaranteed hours: 0 per week. Shift: 8-hour days, Monday through Friday. You’ll work in a healthcare setting with a predominantly outpatient caseload, including pediatric patients, and provide swing-bed and acute care coverage as required. Pediatric experience is required; new graduates will not be considered. This assignment is with Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Perform initial and ongoing PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric and adult patients
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including pediatric therapies, gait training, range-of-motion and strengthening programs, and appropriate modalities
- Manage an outpatient-focused caseload with additional swing-bed and acute care coverage as needed
- Monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans as indicated, and document in the electronic health record; communicate with patients, families, and the care team
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support discharge planning, caregiver education, and coordinated care
- Ensure patient safety, adhere to infection control practices, and maintain compliant documentation

Requirements
- Active physical therapy license in Texas or eligible for licensure
- Pediatric experience required
- Comfortable treating a wide age range from newborns to hospice within a diverse diagnostic mix
- Ability to work in an outpatient-dominant setting with swing-bed and acute care components
- Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- No new grads; seeking experienced clinicians
