Unlike many companies entering the U.S. market from scratch, Bach Viet has already established a solid business foundation, including: An existing customer database and business development resources. A well-established network of U.S. agencies and logistics partners. A team of 1,000+ employees and a fully integrated operations system in Vietnam providing strong support for our U.S. business. Today, the U.S. market accounts for approximately 20% of Bach Viet's total monthly shipment volume and has been identified as one of the company's key strategic markets for future growth. Over the next 3 - 5 years, Bach Viet plans to establish a fully operational U.S. branch, expand its local business presence, and build a high-performing sales organization in the United States.. HOW YOU CREATE IMPACT Expand the U.S. market by leveraging both the company's existing customer database and your own professional network. Report directly to the CEO. WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING Associate's degree or above from an accredited college or university in the United States. Vietnamese candidates currently residing in the U.S. with valid work authorization. Previous experience in a Freight Forwarding company is preferred. Strong passion for communication, negotiation, and relationship building, with a results-driven mindset and a desire to achieve high income.
