Senior Full Stack .NET Developer

Design, develop, and modernize enterprise-grade school support applications that improve operational efficiency and user experience. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, APIs, and database solutions while partnering closely with business and technical stakeholders. The Senior Full Stack .NET Developer will lead technical design efforts, support application lifecycle management, and contribute to scalable, high-quality software solutions. This position plays a key role in delivering reliable and innovative technology platforms that support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support modern web applications, APIs, and backend services using Microsoft technologies.
• Gather business and technical requirements and recommend scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Lead application architecture, system design, database development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Build and enhance enrollment and school support applications to meet evolving business needs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide support across development, testing, and production environments.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce software development best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across project teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, and implementation guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and application modernization efforts.

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of experience developing complex .NET web applications and APIs.
• 5+ years of ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, C#, Angular, and REST/SOAP web services.
• 3+ years of JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5, and CSS3.
• 3+ years of Entity Framework and SQL Server development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting K-12 or school-based applications.

Preferred (Optional):

• Oracle, PostgreSQL, PL/SQL.
• TypeScript and Node.js.
• SSRS and SSIS.
• Microservices architecture.
• Azure or AWS cloud environments.

Additional Details

The base range for this contract position is $75 - $85 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
