At AMS, we focus on skills, potential, and the ability to grow. We are looking for a Recruiter who brings strong capability in recruiting for administrative hiring and is motivated to contribute to real, measurable results.


Key Accountabilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for administrative and support roles across the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates aligned with business requirements.
• Coordinate and manage candidate communications, and facilitate offer negotiations through to onboarding.

Talent Pipeline Development

• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for administrative roles across key markets, with a particular focus on high-demand locations such as New York.
• Develop sourcing strategies that create a consistent flow of qualified candidates for recurring hiring needs.
• Leverage LinkedIn, internal talent pools, referrals, and external sourcing channels to build candidate networks.

Process Optimization

• Identify opportunities to simplify recruitment workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Expand utilization of virtual interviewing tools, including HireVue and other digital assessment platforms, to improve screening efficiency.
• Drive improvements that reduce time-to-fill while maintaining quality-of-hire and candidate experience standards.
  
  

Stakeholder Partnership

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Provide market insights, hiring recommendations, and recruitment updates to stakeholders.
• Support effective hiring decisions through structured assessments and talent evaluation.

Candidate Experience

• Deliver a professional, responsive, and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure timely communication and feedback at all stages of the hiring journey.
• Balance efficiency with meaningful recruiter engagement to maintain a positive candidate experience.

Skills & Requirements
Must Haves

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for administrative, operations, business support, or corporate functions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience leveraging ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and virtual interviewing technologies.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Responsive and service-focused.
• Professional and confident when engaging with senior stakeholders.
• An excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Skilled at balancing efficiency with a high-touch candidate experience.
• Solutions-oriented and focused on continuous process improvement.

Preferred Experience

• Experience building and managing talent pipelines for recurring hiring needs.
• Familiarity with HireVue or comparable virtual assessment platforms.
• Experience working with senior business stakeholders and hiring managers.

• We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is 61,900 - 81,500 , plus applicable benefits.

This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
