Computed Tomography Technologist - Travel Job

Become a vital part of Jackson HealthPros' team as an experienced CT Tech. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials according to protocol, and expertly operate CT scan equipment for a hospital setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 3 years of CT experience required.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Valid Ohio Department of Health Radiologic Technologist license required.
• Experience performing intravenous contrast injections and CT angiography protocols, including MIP/subtraction techniques preferred.
• Experience with general radiography/X-ray procedures required; ability to perform both CT and general radiographic exams during shift.
• Experience with GE CT systems and AW workstation preferred but not required; familiarity with PACS (McKesson/Radiant) and EPIC charting preferred.
• Ability to work independently and maintain radiation safety in accordance with ODH and Joint Commission requirements.
• Willingness to float to other facilities within the market as needed preferred.
• Preferred: ARRT (CT) certification and ACLS certification.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital
• Shift Type: 12-hour day shifts, primary shift 7:00a-7:30p
• Typical schedule: two 7a-7p days plus one additional shift (examples include 9a-9p or variable coverage such as 9a-5p or 8a-3p) to support ortho and pain management; availability for weekday and weekend coverage as needed
• On-call, holiday, and call coverage assistance requested.
• Float: Candidate may be asked to cover other facilities within the market.
• Unit: 1 CT scanner (GE Optima) with AW workstation for CTA processing; department also performs general radiography.
