Location: Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX
Salary: $110K $125K Base
Work Arrangement: Chicago Hybrid (3 days/week onsite minimum) | Dallas Remote, must live within 90 minutes of the Dallas office Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to help design next-generation AI-powered products and platforms . This is a hands-on role focused on UX research, product design, prototyping, and creating intuitive user experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end UX design including research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Use AI-powered tools to rapidly prototype and explore design concepts.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Leads.
- Apply and contribute to scalable design systems and UX standards.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback.
- Champion accessibility and inclusive design practices.
- Present design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.
- Stay current with emerging UX, AI, and design technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field.
- 3+ years of UX/Product Design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI, research, interaction design, and prototyping.
- Strong Figma experience.
- Experience with design systems.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience or strong interest in AI-powered design/prototyping tools .
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred: Experience in legal, financial, professional services, consulting, or other enterprise environments.
