Registered Nurse (MNA) - Endocrinology

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care within an Endocrinology department. Responsibilities Include Building therapeutic relationships, educating patients, and managing care transitions Delivering patient care, medication administration, and chronic disease management Conducting telephone triage, supporting care coordination, and documenting in EMR Performing clinical procedures and managing acute conditions Participating in quality improvement, mentoring staff, and ensuring patient safety Qualifications Graduate of a recognized nursing program Unrestricted nursing license in Massachusetts Current BLS certification EMR experience and proficiency with computer tools Knowledge of current nursing standards in the specialty Preferred Skills Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) 2+ years RN experience Critical thinking, problem-solving, and strong communication skills Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment Commitment to high-quality care and patient satisfaction #J-18808-Ljbffr Azza HealthCare Agency
