Apartment Make Ready Maintenance Technician

$18 - $19 per hour

We are looking for a skilled Apartment Make Ready Maintenance Technician to join our team immediately!

Responsibilities:

Inspect and assess vacant units for necessary repairs and maintenance.
Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
Perform touch-up painting as required.
Coordinate with property management on maintenance priorities for unit readiness.
Document work completed and report issues with vacant unit to management.

Qualifications:

Experience in apartment maintenance is preferred.
Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
