Position Summar
yThe QA Infrastructure & Test Data Management Lea d is responsible for the governance, stability, and continuous improvement of all non-production environments and test data services across the enterprise
.This role owns end-to-end environment lifecycle management, including environment provisioning, configuration control, test data governance, environment scheduling, data refreshes, and release readiness. The position ensures all test environments are secure, compliant, production-representative, and optimized for predictable testing outcomes
.As a strategic leader, the QA Infrastructure & Test Data Management Lead will establish and mature enterprise-wide Test Data Management (TDM) capabilities, define supporting architectures and processes, and collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Release Management, Infrastructure, Security, Database, and Application teams to reduce operational, product, and data-related risks
.The successful candidate will serve as a critical quality gatekeeper, ensuring system stability, data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness throughout the non-production ecosystem

- a.Experience designing, programming, and troubleshooting relational databases, including Oracle and SQL Serve
- r.Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC), and change management processe
- s.Proven experience with version control, deployment processes, and migration governanc
- e.Experience operating within cloud and hybrid environment
- s.Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide technology initiative
- s.Experience implementing or managing service virtualization technologie
- s.Strong background integrating DevOps and QA tools for environment provisioning and test data managemen
- t.Experience leveraging automation for deployment validation and environment managemen
- t.Familiarity with AI-driven monitoring, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, or capacity forecastin
