Key Responsibilities- Delivering comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility.
- Monitoring and evaluating residents' health conditions and executing care plans.
- Administering prescribed medications and treatments.
- Collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.
- Accurately documenting patient information in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for residents.
Experience Requirement: A minimum of 1 year in a similar setting is required.
