Pay Range: $21/hr (W2)

Job Description

We are seeking an  Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The candidate will have strong experience in  three-way match invoice processing within an automated AP system and a proven ability to  accurately and timely process invoices while resolving holds and discrepancies .

Responsibilities:

• Process and enter non‐PO invoices, verifying approvals, accuracy, and GL coding.
• Process direct material invoices through an automated three‐way match system and investigate invoice holds or discrepancies.
• Process indirect purchase invoices through Coupa, ensuring PO, receipt, and approval alignment before payment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to vendor inquiries about invoice and payment status.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Receiving, Accounting, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain knowledge of AP systems, policies, and procedures.
• Perform additional duties and support special projects as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience with automated three‐way match processing for AP.
• Proficiency with AP invoice entry, PO matching, and discrepancy resolution.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to internal controls.
• Effective communication and customer service skills with vendors and internal teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Coupa and Esker.
• Experience with third‐party AP tools such as Bill.com, Tipalti, or Relish IQ.
