- Current Colorado COTA license or eligibility for Colorado licensure
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Passion for providing exceptional resident-centered care
- Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
- Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their highest level of independence
- Accurately document treatments and resident progress
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to maximize resident outcomes
- Follow all state and federal regulations
- Adhere to facility policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
