Human Resources Business Partner I Location HomeGoods Distribution Center, 2900 Ellsworth Bailey Rd, Lordstown, OH, USA Responsibilities Identify and deliver HR strategies aligned with business goals and objectives. Partner with functional leaders and leadership teams to design organization and culture around strategic growth and performance goals. Enable continuous improvement and change. Provide high‑level coaching and counsel to leaders. Influence and support the business function’s talent agenda. Guide acquisition, staffing, development and retention of TJX associates. Execute talent strategies in alignment with business needs. Drive talent development, succession planning and a culture of inclusion within assigned functions. Collaborate in managing compensation, benefits programs and support employee engagement through a healthy work environment. Advocate performance‑management and feedback mechanisms to ensure frequent, candid communication with associates. Support the TJX Inclusion and Diversity Framework. Skills / Knowledge 2–4 years’ experience in an HR function, preferably in a generalist capacity. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field preferred. Track record of defining and delivering HR strategy as a strategic business partner. Ability to pursue practical business solutions while responding to day‑to‑day needs. Experience supporting leaders in advancing inclusion and diversity initiatives. Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and build relationships in a rapidly changing environment. Developed business acumen and proven agility. Proficiency in data trending and analysis with storytelling. Compensation & Benefits Starting salary range: $71,300.00 to $89,100.00 per year, based on skills and experience.
