Building Maintenance Engineer – Luxury Class A Apartment Community Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Building Maintenance Engineer to join our luxury Class A apartment community. This is the sole maintenance role for the property and will serve as the primary on-site maintenance professional responsible for the overall upkeep, operation, and presentation of the community. This position is also the primary on-call maintenance role for the property and requires the ability to respond to after-hours emergency maintenance needs as required. The ideal candidate will have prior Class A multifamily maintenance experience, strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-service mindset. This position requires someone who takes pride in their work, can operate independently, and understands the expectations of maintaining a high-end residential community.aa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
