Layout Engineer

We’re on the hunt for multiple skilled Layout Engineers to lead field layout operations on massive commercial, industrial, and data center projects across the Mid -Atlantic, Southeast, South Central, and SW USA Location: Multiple opportunities nationwide Employment: Full-Time If have to Travel for project-based (Travel + Per Diem provided!) What You'll Do Field Precision: Execute high-accuracy construction layout using robotic total stations (Trimble, Leica, Topcon, Sokkia) for foundations, slabs, walls, and embeds. Blueprint Translation: Interpret civil, structural, and architectural plans to establish benchmarks and control points. Quality Assurance: Perform as-built verifications, troubleshoot field discrepancies, and keep layout documentation tight. Team Synergy: Partner closely with superintendents, concrete foremen, and project engineers to keep fast-paced pours on schedule. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of construction layout experience on heavy civil, industrial, or commercial concrete jobs. Hands-on proficiency with Total Station instruments (Trimble preferred). Ability to travel to project sites across the country. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Surveying, or equivalent hands-on field experience.
