This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and keeping daily administrative tasks moving efficiently. The successful candidate will assist with appointment scheduling, customer follow-up, document scanning, data entry, and general administrative support while providing a professional and welcoming experience to our customers. Key Responsibilities Schedule and confirm customer service appointments. Make outbound customer follow-up calls regarding service needs, appointments, and dealership communications. Provide friendly and professional customer service by phone, email, and in person. Scan, organize, and electronically file dealership and service documents. Assist the Service Department Cashiers with administrative duties and daily workflow. Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed. Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction. Help coordinate communication between customers, Service Advisors, technicians, and other dealership departments. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in dealership systems. Maintain confidentiality and handle customer information professionally. Support the dealership team with additional administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous administrative, customer service, or dealership experience preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable making and receiving customer phone calls. Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software and systems. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
