Job Summary West Virginia University School of Medicine and the Department of Anesthesiology seek a Cardiac Anesthesiologist. Available ranks include Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor. The successful candidate will practice in South Charleston, WV at Thomas Memorial Hospital. Responsibilities Practice in the areas of Cardiac Anesthesiology. Provide excellent patient care. Actively involve in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows. Qualifications MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent, eligible for a state medical license. Completed an anesthesiology residency program and a cardiac anesthesia fellowship program. Board certified or eligible in anesthesiology. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment. Location and Position Details Thomas Memorial Hospital, South Charleston, West Virginia. The candidate may also be assigned to provide services at additional worksites in West Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, with travel anticipated and expected. Schedule Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
