Collaborate with nurses and treatment team members to ensure client well‑being. Hire and manage nursing staff. Perform assessments/evaluations for potential clients and create nursing care plans as needed. Teach medication administration to staff on a monthly basis. Educate clients, families, and others on health, wellbeing, and disease prevention. Attend resident meetings as needed and provide health‑related updates to team and family. Qualifications Current RN license in California. Graduate of an approved nursing school. Minimum of 2 years experience providing patient care. Preference given to candidates with supervisory experience. Experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses preferred.
