Your tasksCoordinate and oversee on-site training sessions, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place. Maintain and organize training data and documentation in various training systems, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SAP Enable Now (SEN).Develop, update, and enhance training formats using SEN and PowerPoint (PPT) to ensure engaging and effective training materials.Collaborate closely with the trainer community to gather feedback, share best practices, and support continuous development of training programs.
