Mortgage Loan Processor: Fast Closings & Underwriting
Security National Mortgage Company
Security National Mortgage Company is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor to organize mortgage paperwork, disclosures, appraisals, title work and escrow. You will verify borrower data and coordinate with loan originator in SNMC’s Loan Operating System to prepare files for underwriting. Key responsibilities include reviewing loan packages, communicating with lenders and borrowers, and gathering conditions for funding.
