Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance SupervisorTeleSolv is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Supervisor to support critical Government operations in Port Hueneme, California. This role calls for a disciplined and technically adept professional capable of overseeing complex maintenance programs and ensuring operational readiness across a large inventory of construction and equipment assets. The selected candidate will serve as the central authority for managing Maintenance Data Systems and Planned Maintenance Systems (MDS/PMS), ensuring compliance with established directives while leading maintenance personnel to deliver consistent, high-quality results. This position requires independent judgment, technical expertise, and strong leadership to maintain mission-critical systems and documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain accurate Maintenance Data Systems (MDS) and Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS) databasesOversee maintenance operations and supervise contractor personnel, including Work Center Supervisors and 3M program staffAdminister NTCSS and SKED systems, ensuring all records remain complete and up to dateDevelop and submit detailed weekly equipment maintenance reports to Government leadershipMaintain and support the Technical Manual Library in compliance with governing directivesEnsure all maintenance activity adheres to applicable instructions and notify leadership of any discrepanciesProvide technical and safety training to maintenance personnelDeliver technical support to supply operations, including repair parts managementPerform quality assurance reviews of maintenance documentation and outputsMaintain compliance with PMS, MDS, and Inactive Equipment Maintenance (IEM) standardsPrepare and submit required CESE-related correspondence to higher headquarters for administrative controlSkills, Knowledge & ExpertiseBachelor's degree in Maintenance Management, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or related fieldPrior experience supporting Government maintenance or logistics operations Experience managing large inventories and maintenance workloads in high-tempo environments Advanced familiarity with CESE lifecycle managementStrong knowledge of maintenance management systems, including MDS, PMS, and IEMProficiency in Naval Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS), including R-Supply and OMMS-NG functionsExpertise in 3M maintenance documentation and proceduresAbility to interpret and utilize technical manuals and engineering drawingsWorking knowledge of CESE management and applicable directivesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and electronic communicationsStrong analytical skills to identify deviations and implement corrective actionsEffective verbal and written communication skills for reporting and coordinationAbout TeleSolv ConsultingSince its establishment in 2000, TeleSolv Consulting has been committed to helping organizations solve complex problems.
