Head of Operations & Business Management

Purpose & Objective AMIRI is looking for an organized Operations Supervisor to join its Chicago retail location! This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory within the retail store. This role involves working closely with Store Management to oversee BOH processes & ensure accurate inventory. \Shipping & Receiving: Receive shipments of merchandise and verify incoming stock against invoices or manifests. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and assist in inventory reconciliation processes to ensure accurate stock levels. Send Sales: Pick, pack, and ship orders as needed, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to Company policies and procedures regarding inventory management, safety protocols, and operational guidelines. High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Basic math skills for inventory counting and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of inventory management software or willingness to learn.
