Work Environment

This position offers a flexible remote work option within our outpatient office, making it easier for dedicated therapists to balance their professional duties with personal commitments. Our typical working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required depending on patient scheduling needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that promote community and address mental health topics relevant to our patient population.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver coordinated care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches.
• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate support measures.
• Educate patients on mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resource options to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards using our electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Participate actively in supervised case consultations and ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Massachusetts.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various mental health disorders and effective evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed mental health assessments and develop targeted treatment plans.
• Experience delivering both individual and group therapy to a broad range of clientele.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build therapeutic relationships.
• Strong ethical standards and sound judgment in maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Familiarity with EHR systems; proficient in utilizing technology for patient management and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient mental health setting.
• Knowledge of local community resources and referral systems pertinent to mental health services.
• Experience with specialized treatment techniques, such as EMDR or mindfulness-based therapies.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
