A company is looking for an Insurance and Patient Collections Specialist. Key Responsibilities Provide customer service regarding collection issues for patients and insurance Resolve insurance discrepancies and manage accounts receivable tasks Monitor assigned accounts and initiate appeals for insurance payers Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred Three (3) to five (5) years of high volume collections experience Preferred knowledge or experience in Accounts Receivable
