Are you an experienced account manager or outreach professional looking for a dynamic, field-based role in Silicon Valley? We are seeking a driven Employer Outreach & Relationship Management Representative to build and strengthen key business partnerships across the region!

In this versatile role, you will split your time between remote work and field visits-meeting face-to-face with employers, presenting benefit programs, and representing the organization at community events, including pregame activities associated with local professional sports teams. Serving areas like San Jose, Santa Clara, Mountain View, and Los Altos (with occasional travel to Emeryville and Sacramento), you will independently manage your schedule, drive business development, and expand community network engagement.

If you bring 2+ years of outreach or account management experience, exceptional presentation skills, and a strong knowledge of the local Silicon Valley business landscape, this is a high-impact platform to elevate your career.

salary: $57.59 - $57.6 per hour

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Drive employer engagement and community outreach across Silicon Valley through field visits, event representation, and strategic relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel 2-4 days per week to meet with regional employers and business partners.
• Represent the organization at corporate functions, community events, and select weekend activities.
• Develop, track, and execute outreach workflows to expand network engagement.
• Manage administrative follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and contact logs from a home office.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in employer outreach, account management, sales, or community relations.
• Must reside in Silicon Valley with regular access to San Jose, Santa Clara, Mountain View, and Los Altos.
• Background in healthcare, health plans, employee benefits, or network outreach preferred.
• strong presentation, interpersonal, and self-management skills.
• Flexibility for occasional weekend events and periodic travel to Sacramento/Emeryville.
