1st shift hours: 5am - 1pm (Mon-Fri)
2nd shift hours: 1pm-9pm (Mon-Fri)
3rd shift hours: 9pm - 5am (Sun night start workweek)

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet through the shift
Machine operation experience is a plus, injection molding even better — but the right attitude beats the perfect experience. We'll teach you the rest.
**What you'll do: **Operate and monitor rubber molding equipment, keep an eye on quality, inspect and trim parts, and work alongside with your shift to hit production targets.
What we offer:
- $20/hr to start with potential raises thoroughout first year, plus year end production bonus!
- $2/hr shift premium for 3rd shift and $1/hr shift premium for 2nd shift.
- **Weekly paychecks **and voluntary overtime when you want it
