About the Role:
Two Anchors Plumbing LLC is looking for a motivated Plumber/Helper with at least 5 years experience to join our growing team in Stuart, FL! This is a great opportunity to build your plumbing career alongside experienced professionals in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations and repairs
- Help with pipe fitting, soldering, and installation of plumbing fixtures and systems
- Support troubleshooting and diagnosing plumbing issues on job sites
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and job site
- Transport, load, and unload tools, materials, and equipment as needed
- Follow all safety protocols, building codes, and company standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Prior plumbing experience or trade school training preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn plumbing systems, tools, and techniques on the job
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and working in tight spaces
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive team-player attitude
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus
- Must be able to work in outdoor and varying weather conditions in the South Florida area
