Using advanced metals chemistry, you'll help tackle the world's biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life-saving technologies - by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future.The role:As an Operator, you will help drive our goals by:Processing, refining and fabricating precious metals and chemical products through a range of operational activitiesFollowing written and verbal operating procedures to complete production tasks safely and accuratelyMonitoring and controlling multiple process operations while maintaining product quality and efficiencyPerforming routine testing and checks to support process control and product specificationsMaintaining accurate production records and ensuring full traceability of materials throughout the processSupporting housekeeping, waste handling and continuous improvement activities to maintain a safe, organized workplaceKey skills that will help you succeed in this role:High school diploma or equivalent qualificationAbility to apply scientific or technical knowledge in a manufacturing or processing environmentStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve operational issuesAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining quality standardsEffective written and verbal communication skillsExperience working collaboratively within a team environment and using Microsoft Office applicationsEven if you only match some of the skills, we'd love to hear from you to discuss further!What we offer:We make sure salaries are fair, competitive and aligned to individual roles, experience and responsibilities.
