Job Title Acute Care Nurse Practitioner – Intensivist (Nights Only) Location Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lakeway, TX Schedule 7 on / 14 off | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Position Overview Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lakeway is seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our Intensivist team. This is a night‑shift only position with a highly manageable patient volume and strong ICU physician collaboration. The ideal candidate will thrive in an autonomous role and be committed to delivering high‑quality critical care. Position Highlights Nights‑only schedule: 7 days on / 14 days off (7 PM – 7 AM) Manageable patient load in a supportive and collaborative ICU environment Work autonomously alongside a well‑established team Utilizes EPIC EMR system Competitive compensation and benefits package Qualifications Active Texas Nurse Practitioner license (ACNP certification required) Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care or critical care setting preferred Strong clinical judgment and independent decision‑making ability Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment Education: Graduate of an accredited program Experience: More than 1 year of experience Certification/license/registration: Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP), Registered Nurse (RN), Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire, Acute Care Nrs Pract Cert (ACNP‑BC), Acute Care NP‑A Gerontology (ACNPC‑AG), Neonatal NP (NNP‑BC) Benefits Our benefits are designed to help you live well no matter where you are on your journey.
