Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Location: NY/Chicago, IL/Atlanta, GA Job Description Preferred Knowledge & Skills Strong experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter development Good understanding of P&C Insurance domain (Policy, Claims, Billing) Hands-on with GOSU development, including coding, debugging, and maintenance Expertise in OOP concepts, design standards, and best practices Experience in PCF screen configuration and UI customization Knowledge of security and configuration setups (roles, permissions, regions, user attributes) Ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration/testing issues Experience with code merges, environment management, and deployments Exposure to Guidewire upgrades (minor & major) Strong testing skills (GUnit/JUnit for business logic validation) Experience in solution design, architecture, and estimation Ability to lead teams and collaborate across onshore/offshore models Experience in Agile delivery (sprint demos, code reviews, cleanups) Certifications Guidewire certifications preferred The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $85,000 - $100,000/Annum Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
