Restaurant General Manager

Compensation Annual base salary: $68,640.00 - $81,140.00. Exempt employees receive commissions of $0.50 to $10.00 per Membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold. Non‑Exempt employees receive commissions of $2.00 to $8.00 per Membership sold and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass sold. All commissions are paid bi‑weekly unless state law requires otherwise. Job Responsibilities Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, and support while upholding product quality, cleanliness, and other company standards. Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and communicating company and guest expectations to the entire team. Coach, teach, and motivate the team to maintain high‑quality guest service and safety. Exercise excellent business skills and judgment in cost control procedures, financial accounting, inventory levels, and labor management. Qualifications Minimum of four (4) years experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for full execution of running quality shifts and driving sales/performance for a restaurant OR proven track record as a CEC Manager or Senior Assistant Manager. Minimum age 21 years or older. College degree preferred. Demonstrated coaching and development of others, ethics and integrity, effective communication, empowerment, diversity values, time and priority management, problem solving, and decision making.
