If the position becomes available and you meet the qualifications, our recruitment team will contact you.Technica Corporation is seeking a Senior Dissemination Specialist (Team Lead) to support INSCOM Data Capabilities Division (DCD) - Intelligence and Automation Operations (IAO) task order. The primary place of performance will be Fort Belvoir, VA.Key Responsibilities: Prepares and processes the movement of appropriately marked intelligence products between security domains.Manages the sending and posting of products to approved individuals, organizations, and sites, including the verification of appropriate clearances and accesses of users.Logs potential inadvertent security incidents and utilizes and maintains site SOPs IAW the appropriate policy and guidance.Ensures the timely, accurate, and complete generation and modification of intelligence product metadata consistent with Government-approved standards.Uses government-specified tools to generate and modify product metadata (including, but not limited to, Government-developed macro-based solution called the Document Dissemination Tool (DDT), Government-developed Create Organize Retrieve and Evaluate (CORE) tool, Government-developed DIA Product Control Numbering Database (PCN DB), and MS Office Suite.Performs cross-domain products (associated material) dissemination on approved networks and registers product(s) into the approved intelligence repositories.Collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.Provide guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies.The position would be located at a government facility in Fort Belvoir, VA. and require work to be performed onsite. Any hybrid work schedule would require customer approval. The government has established policies for on-site vs hybrid work which varies across divisions and contracts. Where allowed, remote work must be coordinated with the team lead and/or government POC, ensuring there is zero interruption with the delivery of our services. Requirements Required Qualifications:Active Top-Secret with SCI and ability to obtain CI PolyBachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education and/or experience10-12 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years.4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.Advanced Experience using Microsoft SharePoint 2013+Demonstrated experience involving complex security classification decisions such as coalition/foreign partner support, foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or cross-domain operations.Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as SOPs and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.Demonstrated understanding of metadata.Demonstrated ability to instruct and interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks.Demonstrated ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and/or technically advanced.Demonstrated ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.Demonstrated mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies.Demonstrated ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks. Desired Associates degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence disciplineDesired Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
