Billing Business Analyst

Job Title
Engagement Details:
Estimated duration is 12+ months with possible extensions. Work setting is 100% on-site at the client's location. No telecommuting or remote work is allowed. This requirement is non-negotiable.
Location Requirement:
Must work on-site in Warren, NJ at all times.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years as a Business Analyst focused on billing. High school diploma or GED is required. Availability to work 100% on-site in Warren, NJ.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Conduct analyses and prepare reports to support business operations. Perform quantitative and qualitative research to improve billing timeliness and accuracy and to support small to medium projects. Assist with process design and modifications for continuous improvement. Communicate with customers, internal teams, and external partners to resolve billing concerns and manage collections. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
