This job is a member of the Finance Team within the Finance Division. Responsible for the management of receivables in excess of $7MM for 40+ foreign postal administrations.

What you'll do:

• Manages monthly issuance of invoices for foreign mail activity according to specific contract terms or internationally accepted guidelines
• Reconciles monthly payments for each account (in multiple currencies)
• Completes application of cash to open receivable
• Resolves billing and payment discrepancies
• Collects aged outstanding balances from foreign postal administrations
• Provides reporting to all levels of management as necessary
• Supports other mail accounting functions as necessary
• Performs ad hoc analysis when assigned
• Serves as the primary back-up for all accounts payables functions

All you'll need for success:

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience/training

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Bilingual Skills, Licenses & Certifications Ability to work intuitively and cooperatively with a variety of internal and external customers Ability to work independently. Knowledge of Accounting principles, conceptual and analytical skills, and excellent problem solving ability. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Word) are required Knowledge of SABRE and other commercial systems are a plus
