Legacy Dental Co. is a relationship-based private practice located in the Houston/Webster area. Our patient base is approximately 60% out-of-network, allowing us to focus on comprehensive care rather than volume. Associate General Dentist

Comprehensive Care: Provide high-quality general dentistry, including exams, restorative care, cosmetic procedures, extractions, endodontics, and prosthodontics as clinically appropriate.
Treatment Planning: Develop clear, customized treatment plans that reflect patient needs and long-term oral health goals, utilizing diagnostic imaging and detailed history.
Clinical Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations and lead patient-centered conversations to build trust.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a skilled clinical team utilizing efficient four-handed dentistry to enhance patient comfort and workflow.
Patient Education: Educate patients on their oral health and treatment options in a compassionate, empowering manner.
Documentation & Safety: Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in alignment with HIPAA standards and uphold the highest standards of sterilization, OSHA compliance, and infection control.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with modern dental techniques, materials, and continuing education.

full-time $153,000 - $195,700 per year

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Pay Structure: $800/day daily guarantee for the first 3 months vs. 30% of adjusted collections.
- Earning Potential: Minimum annual earning potential of $200,000+ based on a 3-day schedule.

Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contract position.

Days: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Operating Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on clinical experience in a private practice setting.
Clinical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in bread-and-butter dentistry.
