The group handles a sophisticated mix of high-net‑worth matrimonial matters, including litigation (fifty percent or less), mediation, and the drafting of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Key Responsibilities Handle high-net‑worth matrimonial and family law matters Participate in litigation, including motion practice and court appearances, as needed Draft and negotiate prenuptial and postnuptial agreements Assist with mediation and negotiated resolutions Produce high-quality written work, including pleadings, agreements, and legal analysis What the Firm Seeks Approximately 1 to 8 years of matrimonial/family law experience Strong academic background Excellent legal writing skills Four days a week in the office New York bar admission required What the Firm Offers Base salary of $150,000 to $275,000, depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus Annual hours are typically around 1,800 Sophisticated, high‑end matrimonial work within a respected family law group Reasonable work/life balance, good hands‑on responsibility, and an impressive set of attorneys.
