Job Details:

• Location: Richmond, Virginia
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support); Education: Nursing degree; Experience: 0+ years; Location: Virginia
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with telemetry reading and handling a fast-paced unit, ability to prioritize patient care, and effective communication with physicians.
• Additional Information: The unit features EKG machines, Hoyer lifts, and LifePak EMRs. The staffing includes a charge RN and RNs, with patient ratios of 4:1. The role requires team-oriented, positive individuals who are adaptable and can handle patient admissions, discharges, and transfers efficiently. The position includes work during weekends and on-call nights, with additional help needed during holidays such as Halloween, Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas night.
