NICU RN: Level II-III Transition Cohort Program

South Shore Hospital in Weymouth, MA, offers a unique NICU transition program from Level II to Level III. The cohort-based program includes didactic education, bedside training, and preceptorship, with a fixed progression and no flexible pathways. Start Date is August 24. RNs work 36 hours weekly; six weeks of day shifts, one week of night shifts, then day/night rotation with every third weekend.
