Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health contract in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Job Details Coverage Area: Counties: Sebastian, Logan, Crawford, Franklin, Scott, Yell Contract Length: Three-month contract, possibility of an extension Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM On-Call Requirement: Back up on call rotation Pay Rate: $53.00 - $55.90 per hour, mileage reimbursement Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing services in patients' homes throughout the assigned coverage area Manage patient caseloads and coordinate ongoing care Complete comprehensive patient assessments and documentation Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and disease management Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities Requirements Arkansas Registered Nurse (RN) license Home Health experience required Strong case management experience Ability to work independently in the field Reliable transportation for local travel Strong assessment and documentation skills Preferred Skills Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) documentation Strong care coordination and case management skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Experience managing a home-based patient population Additional Information Required Certification: Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in AR Dress Code: Scrubs - Grey, Navy Blue or Black Why Work for Adecco?
