Internist opening - Plainfield, CT Located 33m to Providence, 30m to Hartford Option of 100% Outpatient Primary Care (Adult Medicine - 18+) or a split between Primary Care and Hospital Medicine (3 days Primary Care and 2 days per week Hospital Medicine) Position Details

• Full-time, permanent
• Semi-Rural
• Infrequent phone call for work/life balance
• Access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers & Social Workers
• Efficient operations, engaged office staff, 2.5 staff per physician & your own MA
• EPIC with Dragon, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling and patient portal
