SUMMARY The Lifecycle Associate Marketing Manager will work with a cross-functional team that is charged with creating best-in-class content to attract, convert and retain consumers that ultimately leads to an increase in revenue. This role requires analytical skills and comfort working with various communication methods along with the ability to function effectively within a cross-functional team and drive projects to successful, timely completion. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead end-to-end management of email and app notifications, along with other acquisition, retention, engagement and loyalty programs Implement comprehensive strategy and execution that optimizes the stages of the journey from acquisition and onboarding to loyalty and advocacy Design consumer journeys/flows are that personalized, rooted in data, and drive loyalty and conversion Create compelling offers that drive revenue on D2C websites Partner with Graphics team to support website promotions and create email content Analyze consumer behavior and engagement patterns to identify actionable insights and strategic opportunities Continuously test and optimize programs to drive improvements with existing communications and create new automations/flows Copywriting & messaging: write and publish web content including but not limited to blog and recipe content. Create clear messaging within Email, App Push, SMS, etc. that converts Be a creative thinker and problem solver with skills in collaboration and idea generation Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Hands-on experience in Klaviyo Expertise in email and SMS marketing best practices — segmentation, deliverability, copy, design, and automation.
