Taylor Robinson Music is looking for private piano instructors to provide lessons across Lancaster, SC. We do not have a studio in the area, so lessons may take place in students’ homes, your own studio or rehearsal space, or via webcam (though the majority prefer in-person). Responsibilities Teach piano lessons to students of all ages and skill levels. Travel to student locations or host them at local studios within the Lancaster area. Set your own schedule and develop customized lesson plans and curricula. Maintain punctuality, organization, and clear communication with students and the office. Implement COVID‑19 safety protocols: mask, hand hygiene, and social distancing when appropriate. Qualifications Either a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or prior teaching experience. Strong interpersonal skills, especially with children. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Lancaster, SC. Commitment to maintaining safety standards during lessons.
