We are expanding and looking for a motivated Associate Attorney who wants real responsibility, real courtroom experience, and real growth. The Role This is a full‑time, on‑site Associate Attorney position based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will: Meet directly with clients and provide legal advice Draft petitions, motions, objections, and pleadings Appear at hearings in Bankruptcy Court Handle motions to extend stay, confirmation hearings, and adversary matters Communicate with trustees and opposing counsel Assist with Chapter 11 Subchapter V matters Develop negotiation strategies with creditors Collaborate closely with our partners and legal team This is not a back‑office drafting position. You will practice law. What We’re Looking For We want someone who: Is licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar (or about to be licensed, new bar takers welcome) Has 0–5 years of experience Is confident in court or eager to gain courtroom experience Is organized and able to manage a docket Communicates clearly and professionally with clients Takes ownership of cases Works well in a team environment If you are looking for mentorship, growth, and the opportunity to build real skill quickly — this is that role.
