Field Reimbursement Manager, Wisconsin

argenx seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager in Milwaukee to serve as the primary reimbursement and patient access resource for healthcare providers. The role involves educating customers on coverage policies, prior authorizations, and patient support services while partnering across internal teams to remove barriers to therapy access.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary reimbursement resource for healthcare providers through in-person and virtual engagement
• Educate customers on patient access, coverage policies, prior authorizations, appeals, and patient support resources
• Develop account-specific access strategies and guide providers through reimbursement challenges
• Manage escalations and share customer insights with internal teams to improve provider and patient experience
• Develop and execute territory plans using CRM tools and data analytics to track performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent healthcare experience
• 5+ years in reimbursement, patient access, market access, or specialty pharmacy
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and prior authorization processes
• Proven relationship-building and communication skills with healthcare providers
• Experience with specialty therapies under medical and pharmacy benefit models
• Knowledge of buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy distribution, and infusion reimbursement
