What You Will Need Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Assistant Program. Proof of current or pending state licensure as a SLPA. Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care. A desire for continuous learning and growth. 2-3 year experience working as a SLPA (Pediatrics Preferred). Must have a high communication level, great self-control, and really enjoy working with others. Responsibilities And Tasks Demonstrate initiative and effectively manage your own caseload, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Provide tailored one-on-one sessions to make a real impact in each child's care plan. Work with other divisions of the organization on the prediction of schedules, referral development, and team cooperation to ensure a "whole child" approach to all therapies offered.
