If you're a natural problem‑solver who thrives on keeping equipment running, people safe, and OEE climbing, this is your shot to lead a team that directly powers production. You'll be the go‑to for everything from emergency repairs to preventive maintenance strategy, partnering closely with Production Supervisors, Sanitation, and Project Engineering to keep the plant moving safely and efficiently, 24/7. This role leads a team of 5-6 maintenance technicians (Mechanical/Electrical generalists, plus dedicated Controls Techs handling PLC‑level work) on lines running 200-1,000 jars per minute. You'll spend most of your time on the floor, with roughly 10-15% in office/admin work. Key equipment includes depalletizers, conveyor systems, 30,000‑gallon batching tanks, fillers, cappers, labelers, casers, palletizers, and X-ray inspection systems. "2-2-3 rotation" refers to days on/off - not a rotating shift time. This is a consistent night shift.
