We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and hospitality-driven Lead Barista to join our team in a polished, guest-facing corporate dining café environment . This role is centered on delivering exceptional coffee service and elevated hospitality within a professional workplace setting. As a Lead Barista, you will craft high-quality coffee and espresso beverages, support daily café operations, and help create a welcoming, service-forward experience for employees, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in consistency, presentation, and guest engagement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with speed, precision, and consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace in accordance with all health and safety standards.
• Provide warm, attentive service to every guest, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Assist with POS transactions, restocking, and maintaining product displays.
• Take ownership of inventory, including tracking, ordering, and maintaining appropriate par levels.
• Open and close the café, ensuring all operational procedures are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Uphold an environment of hospitality, teamwork, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous barista or café experience
• Strong communication skills and a guest-focused mindset.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
