Manufacturing Associate – Coiling & Assembly Location: Elyria, OH Pay: $18.00/hour | Weekly Pay Shifts Available

1. st Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
2. nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.

About the Role Hire Sync is hiring Manufacturing Associates – Coiling & Assembly to join a growing production team in Elyria. This is a hands‑on opportunity to work with tools, machinery, and materials while producing high‑quality products that keep customers moving. Key Responsibilities Operate coiling machines to transfer conduit from reel to reel Safely use hand and power tools (Sawzall, table saw, rotor, band saw) Operate hydraulic/electric reelers and lift trucks Assemble and custom‑build wooden and steel reels for coiling Inspect finished products for quality and report any issues Process, coil, paint, and stencil reels per specifications Assist grinding crew with scrap disposal Accurately complete production paperwork on time Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. and perform overhead tasks as needed What We’re Looking For Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and machinery Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive work Reliable, team‑oriented, and eager to learn new skills Why Work with Hire Sync Steady 1st and 2nd shift openings Competitive pay starting at $18.00/hr Weekly pay + full benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance) Long‑term opportunity with training and growth potential Supportive, safety‑driven workplace where reliability is valued #J-18808-Ljbffr Hire Sync
