Pay: $18.00/hour | Weekly Pay
Shifts Available
- st Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.

Hire Sync is hiring Manufacturing Associates – Coiling & Assembly to join a growing production team in Elyria. This is a hands‑on opportunity to work with tools, machinery, and materials while producing high‑quality products that keep customers moving. Key Responsibilities
Operate coiling machines to transfer conduit from reel to reel
Safely use hand and power tools (Sawzall, table saw, rotor, band saw)
Operate hydraulic/electric reelers and lift trucks
Assemble and custom‑build wooden and steel reels for coiling
Inspect finished products for quality and report any issues
Process, coil, paint, and stencil reels per specifications
Assist grinding crew with scrap disposal
Accurately complete production paperwork on time
Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. and perform overhead tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and machinery
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive work
Reliable, team‑oriented, and eager to learn new skills
